Words of Condolence
« on: February 11, 2008, 05:00:43 AM »

Greetings Fellow Poets,

Sister Larnette Marshall, (God's Poetic Messenger), one of our fellow Kingdom Poets Members, mother went home to be with the Lord on this past Friday.  Surely we know that earth has no sorrows that Heaven can not heal.

We want to keep our dear sister in our prayers, and for those of you that want to speak a word of encouragement.....offer a prayer.....or just send your condolences to our dear sister, please let the Lord use you.  I will see that all responses are given to our dear sister.

Peace & Blessings,
Mar-Jay . . . Hiz-Way

It takes but just a moment to hear what He will say . . .
So take the time to listen!

Psalms 25:14 - The secret of the Lord is with them that fear Him; And He will shew them His covenant.

Psalms 34:8-9 - O taste and see that the Lord is good:  Blessed is the man that trusteth in Him.

I hope these simple words will seerve to give you a sence of peace, and the knowledge that we never cross alone, and that we are alive in Christ.  The trade from a mortal body into one that is blessed with immortality is such a blessing.  No Suffering, No Pain, and No Death anymore.  Praise the Lord, we will join the throng and be eternally there in peace and joy.  God bless you sister.  You are in our prayers.  I hope so much that these words will be a blessing.
Love,

Last Moments

The last moments of life were ebbing away
Pushing onward towards judgment day
The room was quiet except for faint sobs
Knowing a loved one was going to God

Holding their hand as done often before
Watching the veil drop, as if closing a door
But there was such beautiful peace on that face
Death is sweet, to a child of grace

The soul and the spirit take wings of flight
As they step into Heaven in glorious light
All God promised they found to be true
And when it’s your time, you will find that too

Christ gave His life that we would live
Gave everything that He had to give
Purchased our soul on a sin laden cross
He paid it all, so we wouldn’t be lost

The moment has passed, but there’s a peace in this room
They won’t be in the grave; with their spirit entombed
Only their body is lying at rest
But the soul has gone on, to be eternally blessed

Happiness and joy in unending supply
Is waiting us there in our home in the sky
A place far greater than we’ve ever known
I’m looking forward to my celestial home

Re: Five Minutes After I Die

Five Minutes After I Die

Loved ones will weep over my silent face
Dear ones will hold me in love’s last embrace
Sadness and sorrow will visit this place
Five minutes after I die

Faces in sorrow I will not see
Voices that murmur will not reach me
My body is sleeping, but my spirit is free
Five minutes after I die

I can’t repair any good that I lacked
My soul is fixed to my chosen path
No time to change, and no turning back
Five minutes after I die

I chose Jesus, and I know I was right
He walked by my side each day and each night
I’ll be in Heaven with the Father of Lights
Five minutes after I die

I hope I put others upon the same path
That will lead all men to a place of rest
Where happiness and peace will greet them at last
Five minutes after You die

Re: A Rustle of Angel's Wings

A Rustle of Angel’s Wings

Imagine you’re lying on your bed of pain
Knowing the end must be near
When God reveals the invisible realm
And you see angels hovering near

Suddenly there’s a rustle of angels wings
And their brightness envelopes the room
Ears that once strained to catch a word
Begin hearing heavenly, orchestral tunes

Pain begins to drift away
Replaced by a peace one cannot describe
Loved ones are sobbing beside your bed
Saying their last I love you, good-byes

You feel your spirit rising
Nothing left to hold you here
The angels carry you into Heaven
To dwell in celestial glory there

You enter the bright lights of glory
Beauty and joy everywhere
Happiness, peace, and loved ones to greet
Eternal blessings in Heaven we’ll share
