He Really Needs Your Prayers!

Greetings Fellow Poets,

Franklin McBryde, a fellow member of the Kingdom Poets is coming to a cross roads in his life, as he is scheduled for some major back surgery in a couple of weeks, as a result of an injury he obtained in an accident a couple of years ago. He really needs your prayers and words of encouragement.

This past March Franklin's very first book of poetry was released, and God has blessed him tremendously as a result of his obedience. For this we do give God praise! Currently he is preparing for his first musical CD, and also starting next month in August, Franklin will have a section in Reflect A Moment, my bi-monthly newsletter. His section of the newsletter is called Poetic Expressions From Me To You . . . A Mans Point of View.

As you can see the Father has, and *is* opening many, many doors for this brother, and he has come too far to turn back now. Would you please my fellow poets, give him some words of encouragement, or offer some words of prayer for him (poetically), as he is *believing* God . . . and *trusting* God to bring him through.

Would you please, take a moment and hear what the Spirit of the Lord will speak to your heart to encourage him at this time.

He Really Needs Your Prayers!

Be encouraged our brother
We poets look out for one another
As you go under for back surgery
Think about the T-R-I-N-I-T-Y
The Father, Son and Spirit you see
Will assure good recovery MUST be
For you are anointed to do what you do
And there is no one else quite like you
So rest and place the care in God's hand
And continue to trust, believe and stand

THIS IS MY PRAYER
This is my prayer
As you prepare
That the Lord our God
Will give you comfort and care
Do not fear
He will pull you through
For this is something
You have to do
Even now I pray
For your surgery
That when it is over
You will be pain free
To continue the work
That God has called you to
Touching and blessing lives
With a poetic word or two
Continue to stay encouraged
In your healing take care
I will keep you before the Father
This is my prayer

There Is a Season for All Things

Walk the path God has laid before you
You will find that many things are going to come your way
When you start out everything is sweet and perfect
Yet as time goes on you find stumbling blocks as you walk
Oh yes stumbling that will make you strong if you take them for what they are,they are life lessons and nothing more….
For you see there is a season for all things….
And some seasons are harder than others but when you come through it is well worth what ever you had to endure…..
There comes a time on your path that you feel you don’t have enough time to do all the things you desire to do, and just when you become a better stewards of your time here come the monsters of finances to give you a new challenge for this monster attacks in so many ways yet God’s grace and mercy is right there when you call on him …..
Rain will fall and sometimes it will fall so hard and fast you can’t see what’s right in front of your face….. but if you keep your
hand intertwined with the Father’s hand there is nothing he
can not and will not do for you … any time of the day or night
For he is your doctor, your lawyer, your peace of mind, your bridge over troubled waters and so much……..more all you have to do is trust in him and believe on His word … for it is your rock when you need it most…..
For there is a season for all things and there is a season of rest
It may not come in the normal form but God will always
Give you rest when you need it and that rest will be the
Best rest you will ever have in your life….
There is a season for all things…..

Giving you what you have but when God gives you something the enemy will try you in every way to keep you from going forward in what God has for you to do but the Good news is for everything the enemy has God has something even better…..Take care

CAST ALL YOUR CARES ON HIM

Sometimes the path we're destined to travel
It comes with many twists and curves
Oh the bottom drops out . . . And the ceiling closes in
Some situations come . . . To rattle our last nerves

My friend He never promised us
The way would be easy
For none of them the Lord would call
But He promised us assuredly . . . Right in His Word
That He would catch us . . . Before we fall

He said I'll never put on you . . . More than you can bare
He said He'd always stay by our side
I hear Him say . . . Come into My Presence
Rest in Me . . . And just abide

Don't worry about nothing . . . I'm in control
Cast all your cares . . . My son on Me
I didn't bring you this far to leave you now
But a new revelation of Me . . . You'll see

Oh I am the God that Healeth thee
Your Protection . . . Provider . . . And More
He says Your eyes haven't seen
Nor have your ears even heard
All the blessings . . . That are waiting in store

So cast your burdens My son . . . Down at My Feet
And leave them . . . All right there
Yes every problem . . . And every concern
What ever it is . . . You want to share

Greetings Fellow Poets,

Since posting this topic three weeks ago, some major obstacles have arisen to delay our dear brothers surgery. He was scheduled for surgery last week on August the 2nd, and it had to be delayed temporarily.

PLEASE.....PLEASE....pray for Franklin that this mountain be removed out of his way......Time is of the essence!

I would like to thank all of you who responded with your poetic prayers, and I want you to know that friends like you are few

I appreciate all of the love you all shared

I'm overwhelmed to know so many of you cared

This experience I know will cause my life to change

Certainly if I had my way there are some things I would like to rearrange

But so much about me, I want to speak to you

Continue to use your poetic gifts, you're very good at what you do

May God bless everyone of you, and I'm sending love out to you to

Just to thank you for the love you've shared, and to let you know that friends like you are few

Latest Update: Franklin has had his surgery and it was a complete success.

PRAISE GOD'S HOLY NAME!!!!!

He is on his way now to recovery. Therefore, please keep our dear brother in your prayers that the *perfect will* of God will be done in his life for the Praise of His Glory!
